The Daviess County CEO Cohort embarked on a memorable journey on Tuesday, March 12th, as they visited Graber Construction, a cornerstone of the Midwest's construction and crane operations. Tony Graber, one of the Partners, graciously welcomed the cohort alongside his wife, Mikki, illuminating the company's rich legacy and spirit of excellence.
Since its inception in 1969, Graber Construction has illustrated dedication to customers, employees, and vendors alike. Tony, a steadfast supporter of the Daviess County CEO program, shared invaluable lessons gleaned from half a century of service. Reflecting on his father's wisdom, Tony emphasized a fundamental principle: "No fear of failure."
