The Daviess County CEO Cohort visited with TrueScripts down on South St. in Washington on April 28, 2023. It is exciting to see how a Company can grow in only nine years. We had the honor to meet with Dean Merder; Kurt Carpenter; Hannah Wiscaver; Ashly Fisher and Nick Rasche, what an impressive team. They shared the story of Truescripts with Nathan Gabhart at the helm; and how he let his core values lead the way: Integrity; Respect; Innovation and Service to build a crew of over 125 team members.
Dean expressed to the Cohort that, “You have so many opportunities at your fingertips; so always explore and learn about what you want to do.” They all echoed the same thoughts about no matter what avenue you take after graduation; if you go to college take some business courses to broaden your future choices. Kurt told the cohort not to be singular focused, expand your horizons, and it is okay to change paths. One of the programs that they have developed that really caught some attention and they proclaim that it has elevated the work culture. They have started a program called, Dream Manager, Living your best true life.
TrueScripts story, “We were created with one thing in mind, helping you. We provide prescription benefit management expertise at a personal and customized level to meet your needs. We want to give you amazing care.” They said that they pride themselves on building relationships, by communicating and putting people first. Dean told the cohort, to be flexible and not to silo themselves in their work environment. They all expressed, remember to always, Network, Network, Network. Thank you, TrueScripts for such an informative morning.
