CEO Alumni Audrey Wright Returns to Speak with Daviess County CEO
On April 14th, the Daviess County CEO program welcomed back Audrey Wright for a valuable session on the importance of résumés. Her return visit focused on guiding the cohort through the fundamentals of building a professional résumé and helping them understand its critical role in personal branding and career development.
Audrey utilized the Kelley School of Business résumé template, a widely respected format, to reinforce best practices and encourage students to present their experiences, skills, and achievements in a clear and professional manner. The session emphasized the power of first impressions, the need for tailored content, and the importance of accuracy and polish in every detail.
To further highlight the value of networking, Audrey made sure each student had her contact information—reminding them that building and maintaining professional connections is just as important as having a strong résumé.
Her insights not only gave students the tools to craft strong résumés but also helped build their confidence as they prepare for internships, interviews, and future career opportunities.
Thank you, Audrey, for your continued support and dedication to helping our future leaders succeed!
