Specializing in hair color, cuts, perms, waxes, and massages, Amber Jo's Head to Toe invites everyone to check out their services. The visit coincided with their 20th anniversary, making it an even more special occasion. The duo shared insights into their unique approach, where each stylist is self-employed, renting space within the building.
